The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms with walk-in showers and very comfortable beds. The location is great, just a 4-minute walk to the Skytrain and Metro station. The staff are well-trained, friendly, and speak good English. The hotel is clean and located in a safe area.

The hotel is located near to many local restaurants and is in a great location close to the Ashok station and Terminal 21. The area is also nice and easily accessible by skytrain. The rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent beds and showers. The staff provide friendly and helpful service. The breakfast spread is good and the hotel offers free WiFi.
The hotel could improve by offering more vegetarian menu options in the room service menu.

Loved our stay, had great 3 days overall. The suite was impressive, included a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and soft bathrobes. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, appetising food, incredibly welcoming staff.

During my recent stay at Park Plaza, I was delighted by the excellent service and attention to detail. The staff were very good too ensure my stay was nice. The room was clean, modern, and had a constant supply of hot water in the shower. The breakfast spread, while not extensive, was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of bars, cafes, and food options nearby. I enjoyed my time exploring the vibrant Sukhumvit street. I highly recommend Park Plaza for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is cosy, has brilliant stuff and an astonishing breakfast. Asoke Bts metro station is walking distance to the place, some 5 minutes on foot.
In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

The hotel staff were really nice too ensure my satisfaction, answering all my questions and providing helpful recommendations for breakfast, street food, and markets. The location of the hotel was convenient, with Terminal 21 mall just a short walk away.

Staying here was an excellent experience. This venue is located in a fantastic area - it's easy to get around as it's situated right by public transport. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond, providing top-notch service from the maids to the front desk to the waiters. They were friendly and always attentive. The leisure facilities, such as the pool and sun terrace, were lovely and well-maintained. The room was also excellent, coming with great amenities including an iron and ironing board and mini-bar. The restaurant was also a highlight - the food was of high quality and great variety, offering special menu options.
This hotel is definitely worth recommending to others.
